JCH Environmental has been in business for over 10 years. We began the business to address the growing need of corporate America for environmental risk management expertise and services. Since our inception we have provided specialized insurance programs to address risks for banks and other lenders. We also worked with AIG Environmental to create a unique insurance program that provides Federal and State required financial assurance for mine reclamation liabilities. Over the last decade we’ve also developed expertise in complex real estate transactions as well as guaranteed fixed-price contracting and base closure and redevelopment at Department of Defense facilities.

Our team includes risk management professionals, legal professionals, engineers and insurance professionals. In addition to their experience at JCH Environmental our team members have previous professional experience in liability dispute resolution, insurance carrier claims management, and insurance carrier executive management.
